The CISEL Gym Book Club is a gathering of several people who regularly meet to improve their EQ by doing practical exercises and reflections. Using the CISEL Gym Workbook, participants will experience and experiment with building emotional intelligence on a weekly basis, and then meet up with their group to discuss new findings and gain support for reaching their ‘EQ goal’.
The CISEL Gym Book Club consists of 6 weekly virtual sessions starting April 6th at 6:00pm EST.
