TONEY A. OLTON J.P. - EQCP, EQCE, EQCA, CEQF, EQPM
Toney has been engaged in people development all his adult life. In his quest to have the second half of his life far superior to the first half, and as part of his ongoing personal and professional development, he embarked on a course of study in emotional intelligence in 2002 with 6 Seconds, The world's largest emotional intelligence network. Since then, EQ has been the bedrock and framework for all his work as a people, leadership and business development trainer, coach, consultant and as a motivational speaker.
Toney is an ILM Level 7 certified Executive Coach and Mentor, a certified John Maxwell Coach & Speaker, and is a Six Seconds certfied Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Educator, Assessor and Facilitator. He also holds advanced certification in Holistic Counseling and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner. Toney is also certified in the administration and interpretation of the Saville Consulting suite of psychometric instruments and the MBTI personality assessment. He is a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management and The International Association of Facilitators.
